Open Hearth Cooking: I attended a three-day baking workshop "18th century Baking" - in a wood fired wall-oven and cast iron bake kettles at Historic Eastfield Village in Nassau, NY recently. Pictures of our 'wares' are shown in the first set of pictures below.
